‘Ali Akbar Bayg, Karbalayi ‘Abbas, and their two sisters, Karbalayi Ruqiyah and Zaynab (or Zinat), sold their paternal inheritance to Karbalayi Muhammad, son of Abu al-Qasim, for forty tumans and a detriment fee of ten tumans. These properties, after some transactions became the possession of Husayn, son of ‘Askar, who in turn sold them to Ishaq Khan for twenty-five tumans and a detriment fee of five tumans.

Mirza Muhammad Shah, son of ‘Abd al-Husayn Khan, with the power of attorney from his mother, sells some parts of Taqi Abad orchard to Karbalayi Muhammad Husayn, son of Karbalayi Hasan ‘Ali, for ten tumans, with a detriment fee of four tumans. Then Karbalayi Muhammad Husayn sells half of the above property to ‘Abbas, son of ‘Ali Riza, and the other half to Karbalayi ‘Ali Fakhkhar, son Ustad ‘Abd Allah Fakhkhar, for seven tumans, one hundred dinars, and some wheat.
